Splunk wanted to incentivize customers to interact with more content and create a unique user experience. To achieve this, we developed "Mission Possible: Splunk Adoption Challenge," a gamified content hub to boost engagement while improving product knowledge.
The new, interactive content drove: a 40% increase in conversion rates, a 23% increase in users entering multiple challenges, an increased average time on content hubs, and a user interaction ratio of 1:1 down from 13:1. Mission accomplished.
